Riz, 01 Apr 2012hey guyz m going to buy nokia 500 but i heard that its disp... moreif i had experience of explorer i was an expert but ive been using only nokia phones,now i got 5230 and 500 belle,500 display n sound is not so bad,much better than 5230 display for instant,its sensitive bright accurate fast class capasitive 229ppi(same as n8) display
500 belle(os,phone,net,display,speed) is like from an another planet as compared to those 5233,5230

hey guyz m going to buy nokia 500 but i heard that its display resolution is not good n sounds too one of my frnd is wrkng with nokia n he said me all this he said htc explorer is good than nokia 500 i just want to have ur feedback and suggestions too in dis regards plz help me m wtng for ur suggestion i was using 5233 earlier plz post ur openions for dis regards

U can read pdf files. U just hav to download pixcel smart app from nokiavia.com.
Its amazing nd smooth scrol wile reading pdf,txt,doc,xcell,word etc.

this phone is jxt piece of crape with anna OS but with belle its simply rocks and everything works like a charm but u have to use a mobile cover because its body is very sensitive and easy got scratched otherwise its awsome

Its really awesome piece, if v have internet balance thn this piece ultimate...
aftr upgrading thr is no prob abt hanging up n thr a very good applications wich v can download in Nokia Ovi Store!!!

I want to know whe... moreNokia 500 is better than Nokia C5-03 coz of faster processor, better touchscreen (capacitive), larger internal memory (meaning you can store a lotta stuff) for almost the same price. And depending on your needs you can choose between a Symbian phone, an Android one or a BadaOS one. Check out the feedbacks on this site.

Sumit, 30 Mar 2012hay guys tell me about battery life when i can used net nonstop I never used internet non-stop but I usually get 9(active)+5(idle) hours(wifi) in 3 days (battery backup on one charge). Add 1/2 hour video, 1/2 hour game and 1 hour talktime to it.

UsNk, 28 Mar 2012I am in doubt whether to buy the Nokia 500, I read several ... moreDon't know why you are worried about Symbian. It is old but that doesn't mean it's antiquated. Microsoft Windows is old, does that mean it's antiquated? Like Windows, Nokia comes out with newer versions and is updated with new features vis-a-vis other smartphones. It does everything that an Android does and in many cases betters it. If you really wanna try Android, go ahead. And if I may suggest, try Nokia phones as well, through your friends, family, showrooms. After all, you are investing a good amount on a phone, so you will want to make an informed decision and end up happy with your buy. Cheers.

realy what the fucking phone is this Nokia 500.I hav bought it last month and the phone is not getting switch on after charging the battery when switch off.Very bad experience 500.Also i think technical support persons at nokia local cre centre are not competent to explore the problem and just wanna submit ur phone for 10 -15 days.What the fucking things they are doing and wasting time in just gossiping and not care for customer.
Overall Nokia 500 is very bad phone as experienced by me.Don't think to buy this.....
