My nokia 500 is hanging and switced off in the middle of operation. is there any remedy for this?

I had really bad experience with Anna,but every thing had been fixed with Belle upgrade,so in case you have hang,full memory,browsing,restart and so on problem with Anna and you dont want to upgrade to Belle OS,you have to update the Anna OS at least to 011.033 version or just cell the phone.Today every one can update or upgrade OS using Nokia suit or Navifirm or Phoenix or NSS,there is no provider that can stop you,it is up to you,using Nokia phone you dont need money for this,just to want it.This can void your warranty,but who needs phone with horrible functionality.

my nokia 500's screen automatically operates without touching the screen. Why it's happening? do you anyone have faced this issue in phone gallery? if yes, pls help me too
(ie, automatically opens a pic in gallery and back then opens another photo and it's goes too fast. even we can't control it at that time)

I used this phone for 1week!but I can't see how to know the memory phone status??it appears C:144Mb free and E:841MB free but the phone have 2GB for memory...

i'm amazed how fast this OS and internet surfing are as compare to my old s60 5th 5230,..its ten times faster,and the prize to me was only 119e(less than c5-03).Best buy ever.
