AnonD-35980, 02 Jan 2012I bought nokia 500. it worked fine for couple of days after... moreNokia 500 is having a light sensor on the right top corner. this sensor activate every time when u get a call or make a call in order to save battery. if u hold the phone in such a manner that the sensor got covered then screen will go blank.

I bought nokia 500. it worked fine for couple of days after that when your phone rings the screen goes blank and I am not able to see the caller name, and similiarly when I make a call, I am not able to see the screen, it goes blank but I am able to speak with the person....Pls help if there is any setting for this..I am using a smart phone first time....

To uninstall the app. If you wants to remove any application from your nokia devise you should go into the phone setting after it you go to the app. Mannager after it you will touch the aap. For some time after some time you will see the new options these are given here-
remove app.
Detail etc.
after it you must the touch on the remove option then you can remove the aaplication

so poor phone i bought it and from the next day it started to get switch off automatically and even i m hsving same problem after getting it repaired at care center

this is a waste phone don't buy.after three days when i buy it its sound control button is stop working and its hang many time a day also there are many problems in it and nokia service is not good.

try to reboot the phone and change the installation preference to memory card then it will work properly there wll be no camera errors.....I ve been using this phone for a mnth nd its the best phone...even better then n8...........

I bought this phone on 15th December 2011. this is a madein korea phone. build quality is good and not other phone has same class at this cost. ARM11 Processor is good. Display quality is good. I am in love with my phone.
