This is a good phone but main drawback is not having a front camera to it.Except this phone was a good phone.

I bought this phone last month and since beginning it had automatic restart problem. To get it fixed I went to Nokia care center in Lajpat Nagar they told me that they will take at least 4-5 days to fix and I left the phone there. I got it back after a week but the restart is still with this handset, also after repair it started showing "Memory full" error while starting up camera. Don't buy this model.

There is no problem with this fone once the .033 update is made. Been 5 days since I updated and fone hasn't hanged or restarted even once.

it will b heavenly use then

Hey guys, update ur nokia 500 software version 011.033 from ur mobile sw update. After completing update, choose factory setting,but ur all data will removed except of memory card. After factory setting, let the phone restart itself,it may take 10-15 min.or less,but dont start mobile by urself,it starts auttomatically. And note that dont backup ur data before factory setting.
I had done this,& my all problem is solved.its wrking very very fine.

Works well after .33 OS update..no hanging problems as such after update. Update to Belle will enhance the experience further.
