I was so pissed at the philips headphone provided with nokia 5130, that i didn't pay heed to the number 9700 along with the shh. Actually i bought that headphone extra from a nokia store. Since the price written in that box was 1200rs, so i thought that its sound quality would be awesome. But when i listened to it, hell broke loose. I was so so pissed. By the way, shh 9700 is an in ear headphone, not an IEM (in ear monitor). IEM's are too expensive and they are all noise cancelling head phones. An IEM would cost more than the mobile itself, lol. I admit that philips has IEMs but this ain't one.

toshif saiyed, 01 May 2010this phone i use 4 last one year,its very good phone but ... more(toshif saiyed)Your time settings is not correct you need to set time zone to GMT+8 (Phils), follow this path... menu>settings>date & time>date & time settings>time zone (set to GMT+8) then save...hope this helps!

i really love this phone despite of the fact that i still didn't have it. i liked it because i saw that it was very handy and very useful. i also read all the reviews about it, that's why i become interested to have this phone. i'll report you again if i had this, so that all of the comment/opinion readers would know. thank you very much.

After al the phones i had b4 the n0kia 5130 R0CKZ!! The battery life lasts with me dont know y u guys are having problems. . .

This is a very good handset but the problem is given the internet browser is good work i like internet in this phone

The philips headphones that nokia is providing free with this phone is not at all doing any justice to 5130's sound output quality. The guys here who are saying that this headphone rocks, has no idea what they are missing. Better buy a sony in ear. You will be more satisfied then. This applies for all of you guys. Don't you know that this phone's sound output is just as good as iphone 3gs.
