the battery's fine. i've read concerns of it before i bought it but its working absolutely fine for me. i don't see the problem leaving it to charge full at nights every few days. as for the earphone its ok, a little more than enough for basic music listening, very good for talking on the phone through it, but if u want real high quality sound for music i suggest u buy stereo headphones instead.

i don't know what's happening to your phones guys but im a 5130xm user and imo the battery's real satisfying. im from philippines and i bought it a year ago. Up to now, the phone rocks WITHOUT any problem. But im still wondering about your battery problems. Mine stays at least 2 days with regular usage. I even play vids here.

Hi guys,
do anyone have any idea about Philips shh9700 earphone.
I've heard that this earphone is specially made for nokia XM phones.
So, if anybody have experience of listening songs by it please give me their valuable opinion.

phone is good but battery is not good it remains only one day even not use....

Its a good rocking phone with the music, but it should display the Music stand up time For eg.(21hr 54 min)like other Nokia Music phones such as Nokia N91

The battery really drains fast even when not using the music player and barely lasts a day. Aside from this and the abysmal camera & video recorder performance, the phone really is great in the music department.

Great phone, really resistant to shocks, drops, but the battery sucks big time. If I listen to music one day, then the next one I have to recharge it. I used a K550i fron Sony Ericsson just like I use this Nokia, and the SE Battery lasted for 5 days, whereas this one 1-2 days. Although, nice phone.

this phone gud i have this phone everything gud but the battery is bullshit.Company should change the battery.I charge the battery every day .I don't like the battery back up

[deleted post]i don't know but i have this phone and third-party themes indeed have no bad effects on the mem card, i actually have 50+ themes here and i use them. seems like you have a handset-specific prob.
