Pls i'm abt buying this phone today, shuld i go ahead or wait for the new version 8. Can i upgrade to the new version later even if i buy it?

Pls try using Creative EP 630 for use with 5130 XM..The sound quality is awesome and u will get a new feel for music..pls try it guys..EP 630 is just Rs.750..

Hi..I have been using this phones for the past 5 months.One thing im disppointed with this phone is the loudspeaker clarity..While playing some songs the loudspeaker clarity is very distorted..But wen the outer panel is removed,then the clarity is very pleasant.Can anyone suggest how can this be rectified??

Hemant, 08 Feb 2010All 5130 users coming march 2010, Firmware version 8 and ab... moreWow! How did you know it? I'm using v 7.91, its a lot more stable but speed is a bit compromised. 6.95 is still faster than 7.91. Hope can merge the stability of 7.91 with the speed of 6.95 in version 8

All 5130 users coming march 2010, Firmware version 8 and above is going to release, that includes lots of new features for nokia 5130 xm. Sit back and wait.

All negative remarks on this phone truly rubbish im using since 6 months fab,fanastic,xlnt phone mind blowing sound with creative ep630 fastest phone never hangs one of reliable phone worth to buy ,,,,,,,

till now it is good,and the most imp. features is it is user friendly, and many of my friends is using the nokia 5130 for internet purpose only,and some more features should be added.
