this phone is good stylish and have good functions but the main problem i am facing is the battery problem. its battery time is too much bad and is only 1 day and even stand-by time is 1 day.

ya m usin update 7. sumthng....new upd8 is available....connect ur fone through pc suite....n click update software.....(4 da guy who was askin whr 2 get)

I'm in love with... moreif i were you don't buy this kind of phone coz later on when it takes 4 months you will suffer coz you will RE-PROGRAM it.my 5220 is 5 months old in me it the screen turned to white and the problem is i need to RE-PROGARM it and i did it 4 times i spend 1400 pesos...i swap it with 3110c and it's much better than this phone..i hope you will not experience my experiences with this phone.

Well, I must say that I have always liked Nokia XpressMusic phones. Well, today I went to a phone shop and saw Nokia 5220 XpressMusic. I asked my aprents and they said if I did well in the year-end examinations, they would buy it for me. I am excited and hope that I can do well.

Anonymous, 24 Aug 2009I use 5130 and its gr8...no freezes or hangs. Certainly ... moreu r right.5130 is cheaper than 5220.in my country(india) 5130 costs Rs5400 and 5220 costs Rs7800-900.both this phones have almost same features.audio quality of 5130 is slightly better(i haven't tested it.but iam telling this after reading the review of 5130 by gsmarena).but because of its price nokia5130 is big hit.

i bought a nokia 5220 2 months back and now i really repent buying it...every time i listen to music and remove the earphones and if i receive a call the phone keeps ringing for 15-20 minutes..iam unable to receive the call...none of the keys works at that time..finally i have to switch off the cell and restart it again to get it to normal....even the music its not that load...pls suggest me how to fix the problem
