so many dumb comments.
this is a smartphone. tjose who say it isn't should check their head.
install adobe reader for pdf viewing.
spbshell is not hot news for 5230. we been using it for the longest time. it eats a lot of ram but it is worthy of it.
use sennheiser cx-300 II then tell me if you can that the sound sucks.

install all the polarbit games, you won't say 'I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS PHONE' i guarantee... just google it .. all 5 games.

This phone is so great iam using this phn from 6months and its very good phone.but its problem is of his sound and its hanging very much.i dont like these things in the phone.it has another big problem of gprs its speed is too slow.so what can i do ??????

Akash, 02 Aug 2010You should buy nokia5235 because n5230 sound is to low . I ... morefor the nth time 5230 and 5235 have the same hardware thus the same sound output. the difference is in the earphone not the phone.

Nokia5230 is great phone its true that its sound is to low and it does support wmv file but u can see live t.v. On that mobile without 3G. And its great phone i like it very much

hi 5230 is best model along with 5233 but the music volume is very slovly.
