If you have done that and still it is not working, just check in the sensor settings whether everything is ticked on turning control. If everything is in order in the settings, you might probable have a busted sensor or a software bug. If you can, just do a full backup of your phone and do a hard reset if that would help.

I tried it by turning phone physically, but it is not getting in silence mode or neither the alarm is getting snoozed. I had checked the sensor setting and these setting are correct. Plz help.....

kashif, 26 May 2010is the touchscreen sensitive of 5230 Yes man its touchscreen is very good and it has viberation feature with screen means it does a viberate when u touch the screen so it is a good thing as it make u sure that u hav done ur job with touching

Hi All,
I am facing one issue from Day One.
As sson as Alarm start ringing, two slides comes, one for "Snooze" and Another for "Stop the Alarm". Both are not working properly. I tried by moving the finger many times as per shown direction, but of no use. It workes marely for some times luckely ( you can say for 10 %).
Has anybody faced/resolved this issue ?

anyways, i don't want to lose hi5 facebook and etc. can i save it in my memory card before i do that hard format.
and how do i take off my memory card. when i try to pull it off the phone it says it is not safe to do so without clicking something on the phone first.

indieover, 26 May 2010i have accidentally erased the message icon in the menu lis... moreDo a hard format and it will be reset. Press Red, green and camera button simultaneously then press power button. Hold the press until the phone restarts. You might lose facebook, hi5 and friendster preinstalls but it will bring back the message icon.

corsair admiral, 25 May 20105230 and 5233 come with the same software configuration. Th... morei have accidentally erased the message icon in the menu list. how can i get it back . i can't find a way on the phone to have it back on the menu lists.
does the absense of 3g affect the performance of smartphone. i wished that i bought 5233 than 5230 cause the black cover of 5233 looks more classy than than the silver cover or housing of 5233. and i don't like using the mobile internet cause the local signal of Smart is not that good in manila, philippines. i don't know about other people using their internet in 5230 if they have good internet connection. the phone speed is great only that the internet signal is not that good.
anyways, but i still love my 5230 except i don't like the color of the housing.
i love the videos i installed using the video converter.

its just a cheap girly plastic with boring mono sound. camera suck!
