shaun, 24 Apr 2010does it play mp4 videos and how is the video and sound quality Yes. It can play mp4 files. Audio output is not that great when compared to XpressMusic phones but its not bad either.

i just updated my phone yesterday, it take quite long time but after finish, it so worth it.. love it demm much.. ummmmuaahhhh!!!!

Internet connection is awful. Seems impossible to access a page, slow & constantly freezing. Don't recommend this phone at all I'm afraid.

if you are using aircel or airtel just activate the plan which is suitable for you
see if internet workl well in your phone then connect your phone via bluetooth and create a dial up connection
