The sounds on the phone i do believe is "clean" my sister got nokia 5800 and she doesnt think its so good that they say, she thinks its bad. If you just want a touch-phone for try i think this is best for it, its my first and i love it =) I never doubt about getting it.

Updates from nokia are free.I'll suggest u to update ur phone using a PC via nokia software updater

If your budget is 8k to 10k i would not recommend you to buy this phone! - it is slow and the touch screen does not reach well... If it is Nokia you are going for you should take a look at the N-series...!

Well this is something that is kinda annoying for most of us users as neither of us have enough time or the patience to experiment with different codecs, formats and settings. it's becomes too technical for my liking.
After experimenting a bit and with a lil help from the net i'm gonna post what i think is the optimal video setting.
I use Total Video Converter. It's got lost of setting and different supported formats.
The format recommended is mpeg4 (not mp4 avc)
Video resolution is set to 640x360
Video data rate is 700Kbps
Frame rate is set to 25fps
Video codec used is mpeg4 (xvid can also be used)
Audio used is AAC
Audio bitrate is set to 80Kbps Stereo
Sample rate is 44.1KHz
With this setting you will be able to get great quality movies with zero dropped frames and full screen videos. The file size will be around 550 mb for a 100 min video which is quite acceptable considering most english movies are around 1.5 to 2hrs duration.

guys tis phone awesome just leak of wifi only camera i dnt care so much.....overall tis phone i give 90% out of 100%............3.5g and can support gps!!@@

Prashantg, 21 Apr 2010What is the best video convertor for fullscreen flawless pl... moretry imtoo converter. you'll have to pay for that. want freeware go with avc free. video playback on mbile depends on conversion settings, apply these settings for good quality; codec; mp4. resolution; 640*480; v,bitrate; 1200k; a,bitrate; 128k: with these settings you'll get 1hour video to 550mb file size when converted, transfer to memory card and play with native video player, click options and choose "change aspect ratio" set it to zoom and click done. enjoy; hope this helps
