this phone has lots of drawbacks..
1. It has mono speaker by which we can't hear the ringtone in the crowd...
2. Its headphone which given by the nokia is bad. but by using third party head set it works fine.
3. Its rotate sensor is slower compared to 5800.
4. It hangs when we use internet.
5. It some time hangs when the call is attended in the lock condition.
6. It is slow in process also
7. It does not have front camera. so we cant do videocalling by our phone. while in 3g video calling the best feature.

hey everyone...i hav used 8 nokia phones in the past 14 months n i should say that the 5233 is one of the best.sound clarity is unmatched by any phone in its class.just use philips shh4520 headset its really cheap for just 450inr...

Can anybody help me
I got the message from nokia regarding free navigation for 75 countries and I downloaded it, when I install it, it shows me COULD NOT INSTALL, MEMORY IS NOT SUFFICIENT though I put 4 GB card in my mobile.
another problem is my GPS is not working in offline mode.

the actual price is rs.8450 indian rupee i bought it on saturday it is an excellnt phone but i get probs while shooting a video!

I admit that i really miss typing on real physical keypads haha th0ugh i find 5230's on-screen keypads are likely fun.

Internal mem0ry is quite spacious but i suggest u install the apps in the mem0ry card instead. And yes sis/sisx are symbian files. And u can search for s60v5 to make it general. Ü
