xdon, 18 Feb 2010i luv dis phone but all i need is a pdf and ms word phone,s... more5230 has a larger and wider screen. Ofcourse it is better to read .pdfs and .doc files on it.

co... moreNokia 5230 certainly is value for money. Only drawback is average loudspeaker volume.
corby series are not a smart phone.

i bought it today in white color.im in pakistan karachi.i love nokia phones and i hear many rummors about tihs super phone and thats noly rummor,,i used 5530 but believe me 5230 is better than 5530,its soo nice super nokia well done,,value for maney

u can get it here in sweden and danmark for as low as 190$, so if u buy a micro sd from ebay(u can get a 16gb from 39$), micro usb (from 3$), tv-out cable from 3$ (not sure if it supports it though),, so it would tottaly cost u 240$,, that is 110$ less than 5800 for the missing wii and a little worse camera (i wouldn't rely on 5800 cam anyhow!),, so seems like a great buy for me for a tottal 250$! i wouldn't buy n97 mini (though i liked it so much) as i won't pay 650$ and get the same 455mhz processor of 5230 and with no divex-xvid support

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970nokia 5230 excellent level/entry phone from the nokia stable, brilliant apps/ most free battery is as good as you can get fot the tasks it perforforms very very quick loading web/ pages when using 3G there is no WIFI on this model, 2mp camera isent the best but there again the video makes up for it @ 30fps its neat compact full of features deffo recommend this to n/e 1there is also another way of consuming battery power clue its all in the settings // enjoy Sanchez

Is any body using this phone with 16Gb card??? is there any probs like getting slow!!

Yes all s60v5 themes compatible with n5230 will run on n5233 without any error.
