Nothing beats ofw in terms of performance and when it comes to UI and looks, there are a lot of alternatives some of which are far better than what C6 based fw offers natively.

There ain't much difference in looks and performance compared to v21. But one thing I've noticed though is that now I get around 2.5 days of moderate usage with the new update. The music player has been overhauled as well and now supports .lrc lyric files natively. So far haven't had any stability issues. My advice would be to wait for the release of Katalyst^2.1

Hi all. Those who are unable to use hiisi proxy. Do following steps.use your mms access point. Use blue soilel software on pc and use bolt browser.

AnonD-1647, 26 Feb 2011Wel i was thinking of flashing my phone again,but was reall... moredude, i not using c6 cfw now .When it comes to a choice between beauty and performance, i will always select performance. Also i dont like browser crashes in c6.I did not try other c6 cfw since all modders use basically the same modes.
I am now using katalyst^2(renamed its rofs3 according to v40).With home screens like oratsu and menu apps like Ndesk, i not miss c6 at all.

[deleted post]Hi mate..... I'm currently using v40 ofw flashed with Katalyst^2 rofs3 file. So basically I'm using the same old Katalyst^2 with the new fw update. I like Katalyst^2 for it's simplicity and customization capabilities. Currently, OFW is the best in terms of functionality and performance. C6 based fw are kind of fun to play with but there are still a lot of shortcomings that needs to be corrected. Meanwhile it's better you stick to a mod based on the ofw.

AnonD-915, 27 Feb 2011once again,good day to all of u.i cant download the 37flipf... more'37 flip font ' is a zip file, dude. Phone cannot open it directly. Rename it as a zip file. (delete .sis from the end of the file name and add .zip ). Then open the file using xplore application .

Wel i was thinking of flashing my phone again,but was really wondering which f/w to flash with,not that im not satisfied with tribute,just that i yearn for more..Well il give more preference to nonc6 f/w but i wont mind c6 fw,there are so many cfw coming out on dailymobileforum,its hard to choose, anyway novice,coolbreeze,utk,side,sb answers appreciated specially:)
