Well said, i would have not actually have agreed with you on the camera, because its a bit pinkish but after manually tweaking it you really get great results, i don't know about 5530 but 5800 is supposed to have in par quality right regardless of the resolution its the cmos sensor which matters, just the type is same with higher resolutions and if im not wrong they have the same but 5800 gets really beaten off?

Mack, 14 Feb 2011Too many good compliments for this mobile. I'm really xcite... more1. Loudspeaker volume isn't audible in noisy environments. Earpiece volume is good though. Quality of sound through the loudspeaker is very good but the quantity is very low. But if you wanna watch a movie and crank the volume to full, inside home, then sound won't feel any less. Outside, its simply non audible. So, don't even think about showing off its loudspeaker output to your friends.
2. This phone has a huge battery. Talktime is much better than its similarly priced counterparts (samsung, sony etc).
3. Touchscreen is flawless. Durable and sensitive. Just make sure to have a screen guard to protect from finger scratches.
4. Every facility provided in this cell works flawlessly. But you have to treat it as a smartphone, rather than a feature phone. Just think that you are operating a pc and hence base your merits on its responsiveness.
The camera in this phone is the best under 10k. Not even the 3.2Mp camera of 5530XM comes close to its quality and dynamic range. 5800 is a disaster in this category.

Too many good compliments for this mobile. I'm really xcited to have this ph. But before that i've some queries, that depends i'm buying it or not........ So, pls guys. Help me.........
1. Is the sound quality hearble in crowd & is is clear??
2. Howz the battery back up stills if i use it just for outgoing & incoming calls????
3. Mainly, the touch screen have any kind of problem after a time??
4. And else if there any kind of basic problem, please share it......

I am going through this steep crappy issue, Whenever I try downloading nay videos from any website via the internet explorer or via Opera mobile it says not enough memkory ... I guess its trying to save the video on my phone memory ... how do I change the esetting on my phone so my downloaded videos gets saved in teh memory card memory ........?

it is not comfort to 2 megapixel cam increase megapixel. sound is not high when compare to nokia2700,5130

guys, this is an awesome phone in its price range.. no brand will be giving you so many features in such an affordable price...
further its from NOKIA so its quality couldn't be questioned...
from my side its the "PHONE OF THE YEAR"

1. i bought nokia 5233 days ago and i need to know hows the battery back up of this phone bec my phone is not giving me good battery back as website says. i m so shocked to see too poor battery back up of this phone
2.if we use stylus on this , do we get scratches bec i used stylus after some minutes i noticed i got many scratches on my screen with it , is there something with stylus or in my use.

Smart phone.it has everything which i expect..even its 2mpxl,its superb clear images same like videos.external 16gb.bye bye for 5800.d only disadvantage is no 3g and no wifi.

I've been using this and in Malaysia due to its almost 100% similarity to the 5230 , people didn't actually realised that 5233 is actually exist . Unless you buy the phone with its package . But this phone is a affordable touch screen phone .

Do anyone know where to find good branded headphone in dhaka of bangladesh. i've been looking for good branded headphone for my phone but all r non branded. So can anyone help me out. And i've just update my firmware to v40.1. Its very good. Performance improvement, little change to ui, change to quarty keyboard etc. Overall very good update. Also no restart problem n very very stable.

As far as the features are concerned we can also get them from the other phones but not the battery backup. I am also using it, and am feeling good while handling this, it is so smooth to use.
