(Posted an ho... moreSome 3D games that work on java phones are not fully compatible with 5233 but you can try installing the latest Java Runtime 2.1 for symbian and try running those games again. It may or may not work depending on the compatibility with the platform.

Shuvo, 16 Dec 2010Thanks 4 ur opinion and also 4 advice ;) I'll buy it soon.Its not cheap though. Its price is 1499INR. Recently i got to try a philips SHQ3000 earphone belonging to a friend. Its price is 2000INR. I didn't really liked the way it sounded. It may improve after burn in time. But it got me guessing if shh9700 sounds the same. The former one was a waterproof type.
Earlier you mentioned that you don't like inear type headphones so how about a neckband type. I am now using a sennheiser PMX 60 worth 2200INR. Its sounds much better than the shq3000 and is very clean sounding. I am very much satisfied with it.
Please do let us know about your end decision.

Can someone tell me how does the nokia 5230 and nokia 5233 compare with each other in sound quality via earphones..... are they same????? if so i will buy nokia 5233 instead of 5230 as i have read in nokia 5230 review in gsm arena that 5230's sound quality is identical to Iphone 3gs and if the sound quality of 5230 and 5233 is same then i am going to buy 5233.....

There's an category on Mobile9.com named "Java softwares", which includes some 3D games.
Can anyone lease tell me why i'm not able to download even one of them. It just stops responding when i click on 'Download', No pop ups, Nothing.
Can anyone help me please.

Shuvo, 16 Dec 2010Showing all of ur coments im thingking about phillips. But ... moreTurn down the volume mate!!! Your ears pain because of excessive volume/decibels. I use my philips shh9700 for hours and I've never faced any problems so far. Turn it down to level 8 or lower in earphones mode or level 6 in line out mode. At first the volume might seem a bit low but your ears will get used to it gradually. And give some rest for your ears in between if you start feeling any discomfort.
Mate good habits like these can benefit your health in the long run. I'm a hardcore music enthusiast but still I give no.1 priority to my health.

But ... moredefault ear phones gives pain to my ears too. feels like something which is not comfortable is placed to the ears. philips earphones will not give that pain for sure. even some chinese ear phones gives more comfort than the default one.

Bydway,as for the c6 firmware part...i love it because of homscreen can go in landscape mode, new gallery look and the way it works, ovi maps 3.4 installed, you can install any applications(forget the error in installion messages), live widgets on homescreen like facebook,musicplayer, nokia bots,notifications,email,nemsbuzz etc etc. You can download it from pnht forum.as far i rember the size of the file is around 84 mb.details given in the forum.

5233_luver, 16 Dec 2010In my area airtel give me good speed but its always fluctua... moremate, try another network .then you can arrive at your own conclusion.fluctuations are common. but it is pretty constant on less traffic hours.i use vodafone gprs pack of Rs95.it gives 2gb for one month.also there are daily packs and weekly packs. but there is not much difference in rates of various providers. so ,that is not a serious thing. are you using default browser or opera mini ?opera is good in areas like yours. there is an app called download accelerator. i have not used it yet. if u use uc browser for downloading , there is no chance for a failed download. all what you have to do is to find a good network suitable for your area.
anyways ,in my opinion, it is not a problem with your phone.
