Hi guys... I'm back with yet another cool app for our 5233.
Some may already know it. The app is called Nokia Battery monitor. Trust me guys this is one must have app that you might like. Nothing fancy here as the name itself suggests it monitors the battery levels and energy usage by different application within the phone. The interface is very simple and intuitive than the Nokia energy profiler app. It works in the background and monitors the phone's energy usage with estimates of remaining usage. It shows detailed info on remaining active usage times, talk time, web browsing time and remaining music playback time. It also automatically creates daily energy consumption logs which can be reviewed later.
The coolest feature to me I guess is the accuracy with which the remaining battery charge is displayed. Even though my phone shows all 7 bars, the app determined the actual remaining charge as 65%. The resolution is 100 so there is hundred steps for the total charge and gives a better idea about the current charge levels and when the phone has to be charged. Plugging in the charger shows remaining time till full charging instead of remaining charge. I highly recommend this app to everyone. Though the interface can be a bit laggy, the app works flawlessly. I've been looking for an app like this for a long time.

gks, 10 Dec 2010purchased it a week earlier and what i experienced is as be... moreLow audio is not a probs pal..! Flashed it with c6 fw v20 den install audio codec of n82.. Then use TTPOD or POWER MP3.. Believe me the audio become louder and the quality becomes really2x good..! I would like to thanx those who share ideas on this forum like sb snd utk.. And also to pnht group for porting c6 fw to nokia 52xx and to the members of dailymobile for their efforts.. God bless you all guyz.. Im still looking forward for your new success

having used it for almost 6 months,all i can say is 5233 is quite good.of course the music player quality is very poor but the other features are satisfactory.

purchased it a week earlier and what i experienced is as below:
1. touch is very responsive.
2. screen is very very good and impressive.
3. audio is a bit low but its quality is fine.
4. camera quality is awsome especially video quality.i havn't seen a mobile capturing video as good as 5233, not even n'series.
i suggest those who havn't experienced 52** series to have it without thinking much.good job nokia!

I flashed my phn wd d latest c6 v20 firmware by pnht.believe me,its d best cfw for 5233 ever,it supports landscape mode hs., gallery bcums vry user friendly n fast n it luks difrnt too. Phn is fast enough nw. Waitng for more modification of d c6 cfw.hav a try guys!

kiran, 10 Dec 2010i cant understand about 128 mb internal RAMRAM means Random Access Memory ie all the current programs which u r running on ur phone uses RAM and 128RAM means u can open many applications simultaneosly without the problem of fone hanging and 128 RAM is good enough to run minimum 6 applications continously...believe me m using n95 8gb which also has the same RAM and there is no problem of hanging till now

Guys......i used to store msgs in phone memory for privacy........whn i check the memory status it shown as 2mb for msgs and almst 60mb in other files...their was almst 6000 msgs in my phn memory.....1stly i deleted 1000msgs and memory gained by 8mb.....thn i deletd almst 3500 msgs and memory gained by 26mb....i knw tht msgs only take very small size ...thn whts happnd....same thing occurred 2 my frnd also......Lets have a discution on this....is thr any soln ??i knw evry one may b using memory card 4 storing this....but it doesn't hav privacy.....
