[deleted post]Oh that brilliant at the same time funny mate.. You really like digging deeper into things don't you? Even that came as a total surprise for me. Hmm I better get going and give swype another try.. Btw mate do you use the portrait or landscape keyboard and also do you use the stylus or your fingers for swypin? My fingers seems too big for the portrait kb cause I keep on hitting the wrong keys all the time...

That's one of the main reason why i didn't go for 5230. Besides i already got a decent unlimited broadband at home and usually break the 100GB/month barrier.

The network providers have already invested a fortune on for securing spectrum. So naturally the tariff's will be based on data usage or unlimited data plans will be too expensive for the ordinary users. It may be good for casual browsing and the occassional video calls. Other than that I don't think any provider will be daring enough to come up with an unlimited plan especially with those speeds on offer. Even a 10GB cap is a no go for me as with such speeds on offer, that's like 2 or three days of usage for me.
Gues EDGE is still the cheapest and most reliable means of connecting to the internet for hardcore downloaders like me.

utk, 13 Nov 2010If you got the right tools... Nothing can beat a touchscree... moreEven I am a bit curious to know how Sb does manage to write up those long posts (he must be a real patient guy) even with swype. For me swype didn't work out too well so i was back to my good old qwerty which I think is the fastest input option for me. I could type atleast three times faster than I could swype. The problem with swype is that I cannot use prediction to type my regional language in english when texting. The default keyboard has no such problem and the keys are spaced enough not to get in in my way.

It's cheaper unlimited plans that matter. 3G is useless with a limited data plan. And for that to happen we need tough competition between private players. Lets see how things play out during the next 6 months, anyways I don't expect a decent unlimited plan before 2012(I hope I'm wrong).

Few months ago I bought this set(5months actually). Was v happy with s60v5 os and large touch screen. But I was disappointed as I couldn't install any third party appz to utilize it's power.so i did search for solutions over the net and one day i got myself to a website "n5233.tk".I found everything there abt this phone and finally flashed my phone with a cfw.The guy there "Arun",helped me a lot.Im grateful to him.Now though i don't get enuf time to go through my phone,i often remember about it and I wish that guy a very good life.

Most people bought 5233 four or six months before .Then it was a bit costlier than today. Nowadays the prices have came down that most of the people can now afford a 5230. As 3g is started to come with most of the networks ,it is now good to buy a 5230 than 5233. But it is worth mention that video call is not possible with 5230.But i think it is good to wait for sometime before changing your phone to have a look at the 3g data plans .I think it will take an year or two to become the 3g data plans so cheap.Till then,it is good idea for people like me to stick to their 5233. Am i right ?

Or maybe they get more profit out of selling 5233s. Whatever may be the case, i can guarantee you that they have almost no knowledge about the latest firmwares. They just comment based on what they hear from their customers. You should give more priority to what users say about a particular device. Forums like this exists solely for that purpose.
