i wanted to buy this phone but can anyone tell m... moreAs per specs.,there are only 3 cons-
(1)no wifi
(2)no front cam.
(3)2mp cam. Wid no flash or autofocus.
But its pros. Are more than cons.
Despite 2mp cam, video recording is tv quality(dvd),symbian os better than iphone,3g, lifetime gps. The features are of high end phones. So, i recommend this.

Ajinkya, 21 May 2010Depends on what you need. 5530 is a WiFi equipped but lacks... morethanks 4 this info bro..... most probably i'll go 4 nokia 5235. i like it's looks... i hope it is available in white colour in my city... thanks anyways :)

Everything same as in 5230 and 5800 or higher models like N97. Nokia care executive who replied to you must have been confused in between 5235 and 5530/5233 as later ones don't have integrated GPS support.

Ajinkya, 19 May 2010It has same GPS features and have integrated GPS chip as me... moredo you have 5235 . bcoz i e mailed the nokia about 5235 gps they said,you need to connect external receiver to receive signals . are you sure it has integrated

5235 being exactly opposite to it lacks WiFi but has 3G and GPS. Camera and speaker sound output wise 5530 is better but it sports smaller display compared to 5235. 5235 comes with better WH701 headsets in box versus WH501 in 5530. They both offer almost same output but WH701 features music control panel which WH501 doesnt.

obviously nokia 5530 is a better option then nokia 5235 ..it contains good features like it has 3.2 mo camera wid flash ,wifi and mainly it is express muzik and like 5235 has 3 keys in down but in 5530 it is touchable not to click over them keys jst touch like phone screen tht is the advantage...:)

I work in the IT Industry and due to security reasons i'm not allowed to carry a camera phone to work. I am interested n buying this phone but is it possible to have the camera disabled or removed??? can someone answer this question please.

There should be no comparison in between them. But if you like to compare, then I tell you Satio is also feeble to your Nait as Satio is also a smartphone.

Once you have presaved maps of specific country or any particular location in that case on your phone, then NO data connection is required to use AGPS. You can simply put OVI maps to network offline mode and your phone shall still be able to track your position by connecting to stationary GPS satellites.
