It appears to be really hard to settle on the video conversion format for 5235! Can someone help by providing best possible configuration for the highest possible display in 5235?

I would like to inform 5235/X6/5530 users about very common bug that sometimes headset music controls doesn't work and to get things normal, one has to restart the phone. It is a software bug in Symbian and X6 and 5530 users are reporting the same issue. I have experienced it on my 5235 about 2-3 times in 10 days of use. Hope Nokia solve it in future software upgrades.

Yes, you can charge your phone when it is connected via USB. But if you want simultaneously chaging and USB functions via same cable, then its not possible with default USB Nokia provide in box. However you can purchase the special type of USB from outside shop to have described functionality. These type of USB cables comes with two openings, one goes to USB hub port of the phone and one to the charging port.
About the music via headsets, yes its really a nice experience with loud, clear and balanced stereo output (with great bass via bass booster preset setting). To get more from it, I recommend to turn loudness and stereo widening options ON and choose equilliser presets settings according to genre of songs (for eg. bass booster isn't always good and can ruin the joy out of jazz or classical songs). You can also have manual sets as per your choice.

That is because I have purchased a brand new box of 5235 and right now it is connected to internet while being charged with it's own charger.
I am really impressed with it's sound quality through headphones bundled with it. I'll update you all as soon as I discover more features on it.

Same goes with applications. Symbian phones does also support native sis/sisx applications and java MIDP1/2/2.1 applications or games in that case.

I bought nokia 5235. . Every thing is ok .
But is is showing total phone memory is 82MB . . but in nokia website it is given as 320MB . .

Ibrahim, 17 May 2010it's available now in Egypt, comes with music for about 320... moreIt has 3G, metal frame body, large nHD display, powerfull headsets in box but still agree that 320 USD is too much. In India, 5235 cost around 9000 INR (approx equal to 195 USD)

It is all the magic of very high end WH 701 headsets which Nokia usually ships with high end phone like X6. Me too enjoying the quality music on my brand new 5235!
