Pooja, 29 Aug 2010@Arpit.. so plz tell me which one will i buy 5230,5235?... moreHi pooja.I think u need an advice.Ur budget is 13000,am i right?So dont scroll between 5235 and 5230.Go for 5800xpress music.Its far better than above two.Telling frm my experience.5230,,35 both are good phones.But u hav the budget to buy 5800.So go for it.

this phone is not better in any feature than 5230. also the sound quality of 5230 is very good with the new firmware. why pay 1000 rs. extra for this phone? go for 5230 only.

Hey my 2gb memory card is working much more faster in fat system. I cant understand why you guys told everyone to change it to fat32?

yogi, 28 Aug 2010After copying anything in phone it need to refresh..
can u... moreif u want to add music files in library after connecting it to the computer in mass storage mode... Just go to music player > options >refresh library... Then wait fr the process to end....
If u want to refresh ur whole memory card a simple way to do it is ... Press the power button on the top..... Select the last option... REMOVE MEMORY CARD .....it will ask u that removing card will close some apps...just hit yes..wait for it to complete and then it will say remove card and press ok... Don't remove the card just press okay..ur card is refreshed

Firmware is the native software of d phone...... U can compare it to the operating system of a computer......
Just like a computer runs on windows, mac os, linux etc... A mobile runs on symbian, iOS, anaroid etc...
The firmware of each phone is different and usually based on the hardware the phone has.....
As 5230 and 5235 hv the szme hardware....their firmware has 99% same components
Nokia releases firmware updates for it phones...solving the problems faced in the previous firmware...
The current firmware version for 5235 users is v12 which is kinda buggy and slow.... So people are changing their phone firmware to 5230's v20 (as i told u its 99% same) so tht they can get a faster phone with new features.....
Nd the music output is better in 5230's new firmware

I purchased this just before a month. You can ask me questions if you want.
Phone has good music features and widescreen is good for videos, also the ovi music store rocks with unlimited download license!!
Good exp with internet surfing, you tube, sns
Phone sometimes lags in UI and hangs in multitasking. No wi-fi, Poor camera.
Have some serious bugs like volume controller or remote in handsfree does not respond sometimes when you are on other application..
You can consider samsung monte or Nokia E5 or C6 (13k) before deciding on this.

Nokia 5235 is not better than nokia 5800 music phone but it some extra price. In market price nokia 5235 write ok.

3G is only for the data transmission purpose, it means you can access net with higher speed as in 3G but video calling facility is not available. Ya you can attend video calls.

prakash, 25 Aug 2010hai how to operate the 3G facility please explainhey prakash,to avail 3g services,u should have a 3g enabled sim which is given by bsnl only,if ur city has 3g coverage,then buy a sim,and use it with a 3g enabled handset....and speed up...have fun.
