new firmware for 5235 is out (v21.5.x) but it is not for indian product codes. This version is based on v21.0.x of 5230 with default bluetooth name and device ID as 5235. But its again not available for Indian 5235 codes(059B716, 059B717). Can I know which product code to use to flash phone? I can't find appropriate because mostly CTR product codes are there which changes font and sound output is restricted to 55dB.

Can u explain how to reinstall /flash original 5235 firmware in 5235 which is currently running on 5230 firmware.

rahul, 21 Aug 2010hi amit font in this fw is small & languages are englis... moreu flashed ur phone with the chinese variant dude... It wud have been better if u wud have tried d european variant

arpit982, 17 Aug 2010hey guys.. i realized my phone has got a problem in its mod... morehey i got the answer myself, listen all, when you insert wh 701 in the jack only insert half of it then 5235 ask you what is this headset,headphones,line out or music stand so select line out. your volume will have increased 30% approx. try it works for me.

1.Is there any way to download OVI MUSIC directly on mobile using 3G or GPRS....?....
2. Firmware update is available through FOTA or we have to get it done by NOKIA CARE....?.... I have heard tht wht nokia care people are doing is that they r updating 5235 with 5230'f FW.... Is it correct....?....

I have been rectified by reinstalling firmware from nokia care, after reistalling the same firmware (v12.xxx) I got update from nokia (v20.xxxx), after few days I got another firmware update from nokia & this time my firmware version is v21.xx.x.xx...
Now my phone's modem is working perfectly, I'm using BSNL 3G & right now I've downloaded around 80GB using my 5235.
