Well i think 5300 is a nice phone except the white plastic cover..i'm planning to buy one

i bought nokia 5300 1 month ago, awesome performance, however, now i can see a white display, i asked the guy from whose shop i bought the mobile, he said i can see the white display because the slider strip has gone bad, now he has sent my nokia 5300 for repairing :(

no im not at business side, i need good/attractive phone with good music player and an camera, and i like sliding phones, i read complete review of this device and i also read all the opinions of 6233, there all are talking about 5300, and saying that 5300 rockx thats why i asked here and clear my confusion b/w them..

soon i'll bought this cool phone..

mEEro.. well, I also think that the 5300 is a better equipment if you're not that much into 3g, and you don't need extensive VGA recording capabilities.. I like 5300 more.. The loudspeaker sound is so impressive, like hi-fi.. 5300 is better, it's speaker is considerably the best///

to Meero: Firstly, think of what u need.. If you are more on the "somewhat boring-business" side.. then get the 6233.. If u don't need 3g and want better music.. go for the 5300. besides, the speaker of 5300 is way better(not only in my opinion)..read the user opinions in 6233's forum//.. Besides, the music player of 5300 has been seriously modified and improved, forget the USUAL, Lame music player equipped in the 6233, the music player of 5300 is perfectly on par with SE Walkman version 1.0..

In my opinion, 5300's music capabilities are way better...

But the 6233 is a better imaging solution..

to tiaa: hey, the camera of 5300 is just fine!! im also using it, the camera does quite good(having in mind that it's a celfone and also by looking at its price tag).. maybe you're expecting too much from it.. huh?? if you want really great photos, then why didn't you get yourself a digicam.. But for sudden needs this camera does quite well.. Stop all these whinings that the camera isn't good or how it isn't a smartphone.. You're like a preson who buys a car and then complains that it won't fly.. BE SUBJECTIVE PLS!!

hey people... I've been using this phone for about 6 months and having no problems with it.. everything is SUPERB!! Great screen, impressive loud clear sound, Battery sucks only at beginning but as you use it longer it becomes considerably ok, camera is good also and the overall speed of the fone is lightning fast... If u have any questions about this phone, (absolutely anything).. I probably know everything about it.. Just send me a msg at friendster or yahoo..

to the one with no name: the sound quality of the speaker is really great and impressive, has bass elements.. although not stereo(speakers only), it has beaten the 6233.. like hi-fi.. music is real pleasure...
