I have the purple version of this phone. I've had it for almost a year now and I absolutely love it still. It does everything I want it to do minus that it doesn't have a light on it like some other phones. I would recommend this phone to anyone and everyone. Video, camera, great sound quality, mp3 player....AMAZING!

my phone was working fine for a couple of months and now suddenly whenever i try to play songs its telling me that the music files are not found! but when i go to gallery and memory card and see the songs are there. but its missing fron the music player. i have tried switching off and on my phone several times and i even transferred new music files to my phone hoping it will work.. but there's no diff.. does anyone have a solution to my prob pls.. i need to do something badly cuz i am not able to listen to songs now!

i have da same exact phone andthe only word to describe this phone is it is AWSOME no lie about that im from TEXAS and its a nice azz phone if u buy it

it can never happen that the phone is kept in a table and its display got craked.There should have been some sort of mishandling that it happened.I am thinking of buying this phone but the mixed opinions had left my mind bogled.How can there be so difference in opinion for the same product

i bought this phone in september..at first it was great...but now..omg.. the camera, video, media player, ect...none of it works...luv nokias...but this is totally slack

Can you download directly from Rhapsody to this phone if you subscribe to Rhapsody-to-go? Anyone done that, does it work well?

mate i work 4 a phone repair shop i recommend not buying this phone too many issues, software, LCD, main cable etc dont buy

When trying to transf music from my lap top I get a "Can not copy (name of the song). The directory or file cannot be created. I looked and I still have space on my card. Anyone? Anyone......?

This phine is really great..the quality of the pictures and the screen display and the quality of music is fine.the only thing that annoys me is the battery life of this phone..it only lats for 24 hours..

To those of you who wants antivirus softwares for ur 5300,you don't need it. 5300 Runs on Nokia S40 software so it wont get viruses. Most causes are users who finds out that their phone lags,something gone wrong,auto reboot or something,its just the phone or mostly the memorycard itself,not caused by a virus...

My EQ settings (from bass(left) to right(trele):
on speakers:
Classical - 0,-1,-2,-1,0
Bass - 0,+2,-2,-2,0
MegaBass - 0,+4,-4,-3,-2
My favourite - 0,+2,-1,0,0
(Sound produced with these settings might differ from each phone)
on headphones(i only have one setting):
MegaBass - +4,+1,-3,-2,0
using low quality earphones with this headphone setting might not give you the desirable sound..get an audio adaptor and plug in inbox headphones from SONY or some other company
