prem, 11 Aug 2008my phone unepectadly switch offed. afetr this every time ... morethe solution to this problem i think is still pending. ive checked the website of nokia for the software updates that they offer for the 5310 and they have removed it temporarily.

stef, 13 Aug 2008why is the phone so cheap? does that meen its not good???Nokia makes soo many phones other phones depreciate all of a sudden
5310 when it was released was £120
now it is £60-70
.......

hi my phone reboots when I play music for a long time or when I navigate it. I tried updating the software version. It worked out well for sometime but reoccurs. Pls somebody,help me out to get rid of this problem.

Aga, 11 Aug 2008I like my 5310 fone but my only comment is the video has a ... moredownload the free software from erightsoft, it's called "Super", google: erightsoft super download. install it, settings should be 1: 3gp(nokia/nec/siemens), 2. H.263, 3. AAC, video scale size: 176:144, aspect 4:3, frame/sec: 15, bitrate kbps: 128, options: check HiQ, 3gpv5. audio setings: sampling freq: 44100, channels: 2 bitrate kbps: 128. drag a video file in the box below, check it and encode, right click where to save. you can experiment between video bitrate and audio bitrate. in my opinion 128 video/ 128 audio gives a balance processing to the cpu. if one setting is to high it puts too much strain in the processor and the overall sound quality drops during playback, this is the limition of the processor, it just cant keep up with the processing on real time. even 98kbps video and 128 audio i tried still gives very good results. experiment to get the best results.

Can someone list me all of the preinstalled ringtones on the 5310 please? I purchased the phone and returned it because i did not like it but there were a few ringtones on it that i really liked and want to download from the phone. Thanks!
