I am using this mobile for more than 3 months tim... morevolume control is on the right side that looks like a thin 1 inch stainless steel that has a - + sign.
the sound output of this phone is much much better than my sansa. i used the same headphone to test the two music players and this one stands out. i think i have to retire my faithful sansa now.

I think you should update the software of this phone. The performance will be great after succesful update. It doubles the clarity and volume of the music. Thanks

Heya, i bought this phone about 3 months ago - after my samsung D900i broke... i am very impressed with this phone and would say that it is better than the D900i... the music is great and easy to use keypad... one question though - is there anyway that i can update the software straight from my phone or do i have to do it through the pc???

i use nokia 5310 music express.i am using it from last february. it is nice. but from the first time suddenly the handset restart.how can i relief from thisuncertain condition?
