my 5310 has started to heat up while listening to songs on loudspeaker after i updated it to v5.81
has anyone experienced this problem??

just noticed it today. the 5310 should have better battery management since it has a light sensor (right beside the speaker) which detects ambient light and adjusts the brightness of the backlights accordingly. i wish nokia has incorporated the same thing on the 6300. oh well...

Hey guys, i'm from Bradford,U.K.i had this phone for 2months.mediocre cam,display not upto mark,not proper value for money.when i bought it i was charmed at its look.also when usin i liked the3.5mm jack,many apps included.now i bought motorokrE6.linuxOS,2mp+webcam,barcode reader,business card scanner,vdo at CIF(352*288) and QVGA,touch window and doc.viewer.it also had 3.5mm jack,dedicated music keys,BT with A2DP(advance audio distribution profile)and fm.XAVIER

i have nokia 5310i since yesterday the people who say that mobile is not good they are little bit mad but i am mad about this mobil and this is a excellent mobile.

Can somebody there REALLY say if this terminal supports new hdsd micro SD memory cards??????..and if it supports capabilities higher thatn 4g msd........PLEASE tell me...coz I really wanna Know...

5300 and 5310 has same ringing volume...
but first update ur phone to v. 05.81

If you want to have a good camera in a phone.. just buy a camera! THIS CELLPHONE IS BUILT FOR MUSIC! that's why it is called xpressmusic!
Start updating you phone to v.05.81!
the ringing tone has increased a lot!
I have tried it!
NO MORE RESTART PROBS!
NO MORE LOW RINGTONE VOLUME!

I wonder why there is not a Mac compatible operating system for this and meny other Nokia products..I guess it is a wrong policy.

For a girl always on the move,loves carrying her music with her everywhere, interested in a phone with updated versions of the basics..with a little more edge..one that looks classy without being too 'screamy'..this phone does that for me!

i ever use it before so i can find out that phone is a very best design but this phone is very very bad on video camera and also the sound of it is very low so not say it is a music phone.

Bought this phone 2 months back and was working well but after using several times the display in the screen started to go off and on.I had given it to the Nokia store from where i bought the phone.They said need to send it to the service centre and i got back the phone but the problem is not re-solved its giving the same problem now.
It is under warranty and now i would like to return the phone and get a new one if its possible.
I thought Nokia phones were better than others but now needs to look into their products before launching in the market as when we pay prices for good stuffs it has to have value for money.

Be ware who are going to take 5310,after my experience with below features
price is too high, camera is not perfect and shakes when photo taken( i.e the still you want not comes and image comes after the click of button), sound through loudspk is too slow, i don't know why Nokia is makig high price and making the people fool....should we spare our money to listen xpress music through headphones....
:( Nokia :(--->Please pickup all the 5310 phone from the market ..........we don't want high priced slim phone with less features please make it's price as 6,000 Rs\ max

this fone is great. sound is great . memory is great. its stylish and lite weighted. the camera i think is fine especially since this fone is supposed to be a music phone not a camera fone. i got this phone in blue about a month ago and i dont regret getting it.
