I woke up this morning and all of a sudden my shorcuts were on top of the screen. Does anyone know how to bring it back to the bottom?? pls help :(

Hey JETT, u seem to be an expert with this model,plz help me. I have a nokia 5530 for less than 1 yr now.I have never done more than just take pics,listen to music,txt msg,calls & record audio with this cell.Yest, I got a blank screen with the message 'phone startup failed.contact the retailer' I tried to do a hard reset Green Red & Camera but still the same msg again and again.I removed the battery,sim card & memory,placed them back and still the same.
Can u plz advise me what to do?Thank u very much in advance

i got 5530xpressmusiq two days back ,battery is drying very soon.. it does not coming even for a day.. daily charging twice
