aLL i can say is that this fone is reaLLy great..
i've been using it for about 2 weeks now and it's never faiLed me.
i'm compLeteLy satisfied with this fone because it has an excellent camera pLus it can perform viedeo caLLs.
the best part though is that it has superior sound!
totaLLy amazing..
what more couLd you ask for? ^_^

i hate sliding phones, bec when i got first my 7650 phone wich i bought when it released,i got dissapointed because of the ribbon,the one who connects the screen to the keypads..i think this is the problem that this phone will also encounter

Paul, 24 May 2008please somebody tell me: can the 5610 multitask??? i ... moreNokia 5610 is actually a music fone.If you want to buy it for multitasking,it can create some processing speed problems and may be you will have to restart your fone. The fone has been designed for fun.I will strongly recommend you any fone of Nokia N Series.

Hi I am using Nokia 5610 from the last 5-6 months. The Camera and other features are good.
Disadavantage:- The main problem what I faced is suddenly mobile stopped working for a while and then it will show desktop automatically. But the call will be disconnected and some times I observed phone go switch off and then work. Is this expected. Any solution for this?

is this phone slow? like in sending sms or just in processing i should say. 'cause i got an N95. It's good but it's really really slow.

nokia 5610 is very nice and good phone.
the quality of camera is high. i am really happy to have nokia 5610.

After 2 monthes of using nokia 5610 here are my impressions:
Advantages:
superior sound quality similr to se (w series)quality and intensity of sound will be more with the headphone
good and easy software and excellent features
beautiful design.
good quality3.15 mp camera
Disadvantage:
short life battery and scroll is so senstive
problems with reading the micro memory cause slot is not stable
in the end i advice any one want a music phone to get 5610 (although I am not nokia fan) that was exception !!

I really like phone. Battery is good, functions are complete, entertainment on the go, overall very nice.

I personally think this cellphone is absolutely wonderful! But my slide button broke, due some foolish act of mine. Is there anyway to fix it?? I really want to get it fixed!

i love 5610 XM but it's really not satisfying to have this kind of fone...defective when it comes to its APPLICATIONS.

Yes. The little red dot at the top-right end of the screen is the video call camera.

Paul, this phone does not multitask. But it can play music in the background while you do other stuffs like viewing photos, typing SMS etc.
Asy, this phone can play 30fps video (QVGA, 320x240) but not perfectly smooth. I think the best it can do is around 20fps, but it will still play 30fps videos properly, just not showing every single frame. The audio has no skips and always maintain the same timing as the video. The quality is slightly better than CD (stereo 48kHz in AAC format).
This phone can also record and play VGA (640x480) video at 15fps. Nokia says it can also record QVGA video at 30fps, but I cannot find this setting. It will still record at 15fps only no matter what resolution I choose.
If you want a music phone, 5610 is the best. 5610 speaker is superior than N82 in terms of loudness and music clarity. N82 is usually for camera lovers as it has 5MP camera with xenon flash, and records video at VGA 30fps.
