adv.
good Fast processor
latest symbian OS(check gsmarena review for what is new in it)
good robust design.
very Clear sound coz of DAC(not very loud though)
Very Very comfortable keypad.(consider this in buying a phone)
Shiny screen with 16M colors
A nice remote control in package.
Plenty of games & applications to download.
on the whole a great smartphone with nice music capability & very appraising screen & keypad.
Cons.
Camera performance at night results in grainy pictures works ok in day light.
(I do not found bug in joystick though)

@anton: I bought one at Topwin Telecom, SM Megamall Cyberzone last 16Dec2k7 for Php 11,500; they only had 2 units left that time (lucky me). I don't know if the remiaining one's still available. 5700's being phased out already. Very sad. Try Greenhills if you haven't gone there yet, or maybe you can stil l get one from a Nokia authorized dealer, but it would cost you about 14K; the one at the Rockwell Powerplant mall is a good candidate.

Today i have installed a software phonetinfo. But after installing it i found that my software version of mobile suddenly changed to 3.83 from 3.27. So i am little bit of confused. Pls ppl help of

I think this phone is great it rocks i am going to buy this phone right now i have the rokr and i am going to upgrade to 5700 peace our Nokia 5700 rocks features are great as well

I´m considering a lot to buy this phone because yesterday I sold my nokia 6681 and I´m looking for a s60 phone because they´re the best. But I´m not sure to pick this one or 6120c. Both are great phones and have some common features but 6120c is smaller, but has a smaller screen too. Does a 4gb micro sdhc works on this phone??

i have this problem with me phone. i got this bloody SW (opera mini,games...)which were usefull before, but now aren't workin. i decided to remove 'em but i couldn't, the phone got stuck everytime i tried. i could remove from the pc eather. they seem 2 be not there. strange thing is when is i takeout the SD, they are not there. i tried to reinstall them when the SD was in and out.... failed both ways.
i took it to the carecenter but the guy didnt even listen to me and said: "it's not somethin that wee can fix. all we can do it to take your phone and keep it, and reinstall the operation system and necessary SW. that will cost 25$."
i want to know is thee any easier solutions??
by the way, i feel that my phone is gettin slow, while messaging and other tasks, hlp plz???

this phone is very good good display. when you put the speakers infront of you, you will fell you are wearing headset. nice sounds
