i never had problems with blue tooth so far ... so if u have some kind of a problem with it the best thing u need to do is take it to the nokia dealer u brought it from ... i hope u brought it from a certified dealer ... and try resetting ur settings ... go to settings and then go to phone settings and choose factory settings the default lock code for 5700 xm is 12345 enter it if the phone asks for it ...

u have asked if this phone hangs so far i never had a trouble like that ... also know that sometimes symbian phones does hang up ... it runs with a o.s. ... just like a computer ... so computers do hangup sometimes ... but not always ... i experienced hang ups while im using my n 72 me ...

buddy im using both nokia 5700 xpress music and nokia n 73 ... from what i know the 5700 xpress music does it better on sounds than the nokia n 73 ... if you wanna know more look what it says after the name nokia 5700 ... it says " xpress music " ... so bro the name " nokia 5700 xpress music " says it all ...

equlizer settings
if u will put these option in equlizer u get sound quality + bass + loud sound. first nob + fourth and fifth at top then 2nd is at third and third is at fifth and.if u wanna spreading ur sound then turn load on and also turnon stereo widening thankx.

Hey guyz,i hv been using dis ph0ne for abt 2 m0nths..im having a problem diz lately that is i cann0t sent item through blueto0th,but i can receive fr0m others with bluet0oth,i w0nder any1 hv diz probs. or n0t..plz tell me if any1 hw to fixed it..my blueto0th is fine before and i can sent item with it..its just happen 2 days ago until nw.. Plz help me :(

the nokia dealer i brought the 5700 xm showed me an n 70 music edition and told me that it targets on both performance and music and the 5700 is targeting only on music since i have used the n 70 me before and i knew that both of the phones are same prize i never fall for his trick ... i told him that i will buy the 5700 xm cuz i know it got the best performance and speed with its new s60 3rd edition of symbian os and i told him that it is the best on music ... he doesnt even know that 5700 xm supports 3G ... he at last agreed that nokia 5700 is better and that anyone who knows about it will ever go for another music edition ... so before u buy it remember that those dealers are well prepared for u they know whts coming and they will put ur eyes on another phone with less functions and with the same prize and lie about it till u buy it ... so u should be well prepared for em before u go and buy what u need ... also take note that nokia 5700 xpress music supports 4gb memory it wont freeze the phone in anyway ...

Dang my remote went down within 3months of daily usage :( the buttons wont work now...Can any1 teach me how to set the equiliser settings in a way that, there is good bass but, it doesnt cause any muffleness

Confirmed.
5700 xpressmusic is capable of handling up to 4GB microSD. I'm actually using it as of now. It's a Kingston one.
Yet my phones' firmware is v3.27.
No hassles, no frills.

@ omer - buddy i dont think u really need an antivirus software for it ... it use series 60 3rd edition symbian so i dont think there are such viruses that can attack this phone still ... but if u really need there are antivirus softwares available ...

Oh,this fone is single rotating cam but it can also support 3G video call..you must rotate it cam to facing you when receive a video call.you can also capture you own potrait easily.
