I have this phone for 5 days now and have charged it already 2x. The battery last for about 2 days for me doing about 10min calls, 1hr of games, 1hr of listen to music or watching videos, and average of 2mins of taking photos and leaving it on during at night on a daily basis. Didn't find any problem with the battery. But I do found out some minor glitches on the phone like when I twisted one time the phone to listen to music, I noticed that there was a message saying press ok after removing card. But this only happened once. I do notice that when playing simple games like beach ball ping pong and rock city empire by digital chocolate, the play lags on this phone but when played the same game on N6233, its quite normal and fast. But playing 3d games such as brother in arms, midnight bowling and midnight pool is relatively responsive in this phone whereas if you play this on N73, it is too slow. The headphones included in the package is somewhat similar to W800 headphones (those turbo thing stuff), sound is great, no comment on that. I have never used N3250 so I really cannot compare its loudness against it. For me, the sound is really good especially if you twist the phone and the speakers the inline together, the sound is much better compared to N73 and N6233. Regarding the camera, since it doesn't have macro mode, I've taken close up photos and all have blurred results, normal photos is good considering it is only 2MP. It doesn't have officesuite and abode acrobat reader but you can download it to your friendly websites. This is all I could comment for now, I guess some issues regarding the phone will be fixed by Nokia later through their latest firmwares.
It's really hard to please people to what they want regarding their phone. I do hope that they stop complaining that this phone is crap or whatsoever. If they have purchased the phone through internet, chances are, they'll get bad units, well some others don't test the unit from their friendly shop before buying it so in effect, they might get bas units as well. So, please give only informative or constructive critisisms. Peace!

if the phones' sound output is already in its' maximum setting, even if you modify the equalizer, it would never sound louder. (and you should be, of course, be contented with it and how it's made.)
for my part i'm using my own headsets. i'm planning to purchase a bose companion set which i also intend to use for my iPod.

I am afraid it is quite uncomfortable for me. Just like my ex n73--even a bit worse... My opinion, that is.
Sound is amazing with speakers....headphones are ok.

plz tell me how can i make loudest sound setting on 5700 via loud speakers..? i switched on both stereoeffect & loudness..but i can't get loudest music sound on speakers. did u try opera mini on 5700..? i can't use opera mini on 5700. plz help me about sound setting & opera mini. thanx..

i want to ask just one question about this mobile
does it contain WAP ? i.e can i play mobile TV on this mobile and access to the net
it seems to be a silly question but i heard that it doesn't contain WAP.

i was planning to buy 5300, but when i saw 5700 it made me think twice!! and after comparing it and reading some reviews, i can say 5700 wins!!
i'm still not sure about the quality of the sound though, coz i haven't heard it on the actual fone yet...which has a better soud quality, SEwalkman series or nokia Xpress music? and since 5700 is a "twist" fone, can i be sure that it won't encounter problems such as hanging, or "clicking" sond when i twist it?
please please answer this...

Theres nothing to compare about...5700 is more of a music heavy device but n73 is more of a camera phone...can dun lame?come here sae wad fone is good wad fone is bad grow up PLEASE.

yup charolete!! buy da 5700 n some other fone lyk of samsung or sonyericsson rather than 5300 coz 5700 is da upgrade of 5300!!

i was gonna buy a 5300 but then i saw this 5700 phone. i couldnt decide which i was gonna purchase because they almost have the same features. after reading all of the opinions, i decided to buy both! thanks for posting very helpful comments people!
