Asphalt 4 is sis game,4.27MB. Seems to be an HD version. The first word that came of my mouth is WOW. Now gonna try it.

Bingo! I did it bro. 5.11 is pretty stable. Your tutorial proved of great use. Thanks a lot.
Note- in my case restore user product didn't work, refurbish worked. Felt that my heart would come out of my mouth but it went uneventful. No problem in upgrading what so ever.
Warning- Those who have ngage installed on memory card, make sure you uninstall it before upgrading firmware and take complete backup of your memory card. I had to format my memory card due to it. No need to get scared.

Bro, i do respect opinions. We are trying to get max out of this phone, aren't we? It is still one of the most capable phone in market. I think i have almost reached limit as i have almost 350 well working apps for this phone n almost equal number of high quality games and themes. I have created ngage thread on dotsis which is undoubtedly the biggest forum n it is the hottest thread in games zone there. Upgrading firmware just allows you get still more out of phone. Hope you got my point.

Bro, seeing the screenshots i think it's a java game. Not sure as haven't tested myself. I don't think gameloft will release a symbian or ngage version for atleast 6 months.

Sir we are just trying to update our phone firmware dat is the phone software which are released by nokia itself to counter and remove the bugs and also improve and enhance the performance of our phone by adding stability and increasing speed of the UI. The first version v3.27 which can be found out by pressing *#06# was very unstable and buggy wich affected our phones resulting in restarts and other issues. V3.83 stabilized the phone and gradually v4.21 and nw v5.11 have made the phone perform better. Thats it nthg much. Peace!!

Thats interesting situation!! Well our region is apac2 i.e. asia pacific!! So you have to select apac2. Rest I clicked on restore user data tab and it worked for me so dats y i ws advising it 2 u since it worked for me so i thought it wud b safe to advise u dis. i can't advice u smethng dats not tested by me. rest its not necessary to format your phone before flashing since i hve done it previously in case of v4.21. But in ur case i wud advise u too format it first and den flash. sorry bro cudn't reply u earlier. do reply asap for ne other query.

how come every time i try to send a message i get an error saying 'memory full. Close some applications and try again.' i have no other applications running & i have a lot of memory left. i restored the factory settings but it still wont work. when i switch my sim to a different phone it works perfectly. so its just my phone. i didnt touch any of the settings. can anybody help me out? email me at goodbye---love@hotmail.com

I'm no newcomer, technocrap. Have some respect in your statement. Like you, I'm a 5700 owner, and it's been for a year now.
I'm just observing, since some of the same people who are involved in your discussion also complain of the short battery life, lags, and other malfunctioning bits.
What you're doing just drains much of your 5700's whole being. Since it's Symbian, it's cool to install lots of applications, but what you do is overkill.

There is a small tab near product code having 3-4 tabs. After clicking on it a window opens showing product code for various regions, like apac2, euro, mea etc.
One more thing, do i need to format my phone memory and should i click on restore user product or refurbish? Because the tutorial on dotsis said that you need to format phone memory by *#7370#. I found one flashing guide.pdf which said that you need to click on refurbish to proceed with flashing.
What was in your case? Did you format phone memory and did you click on restore user product, not on refurbish.

and then click on restore user product. And sit back for approx 10 mins. After flashing remove ur phone from PC & restart it. U will hve v5.11 firmware and a more fast and stable phone!! Enjoy and do lemme knw if u encounter ne probs nw!!

Good. Now take back up of any important data you have. After this remove ur SIM and memory card from phone and den start it. It wud start in offline mode. connect to PC and let the drivers install. then start phoenix and click on file and manage connection. click on new and select USB and then next and then finish. after dat click on apply and close. Now from file menu scan product and select operating mode as normal.Now From the Flashing menu, choose Firmware Update. and then let the software automatically select the firmware according to ur product code.
