You don't have to select any product code let the software do it automatically!! Do 1 thing!!
I had given u a link previously!! Do all the stuff till step 7 starting from System preparation. I can guide u then properly from there on Just visit the link and do till step 7 starting from System preparation. Then Reply back!! Don't go ne further beyond step 7!!

Hi there!! The nokia 6120 and 5700 are identical in hardware and software aspects but 5700 being a music phone and belonging to xpress music family its suited to music more. Regarding Gaming its pretty much same and hacking is required bcoz currently a few N series phone support it officially.

I downloaded them from dotsis.com, that's why i asked if you are a member at dotsis. Absolutely no problem with installation of phoenix. I just want instructions. Only problem is i don't what to do from that refurbish window. I'm stuck there.

Do 1 thing Bro. Uninstall everything and also delete the Nokia and Phoenix Folders in Program Files. Lets start it clean and fresh. Because when I updated via Phoenix it was damm simple. Well now M uploading all the files I have for Phoenix and other software. Would give you links pretty soon. Just do what I say.

Bro download the files I have uploaded. These are v5.11 Firmware files. After downloading and placing all the parts in one folder just extract the smallest file of 900 kb and you will get the exe of v5.11. Just get this but do not install. Would guide u further after this.

Yeah bro, i have downloaded all the parts. Installed exe also. Installed phoenix. Drivers installed. Now i have came upto refurbish window. Which product code i should choose? I think we from india can use any of the apac2 codes but not sure. Taking a chance i chose one apac2 code n clicked on refurbish. It asked me to press power button but before that only phone screen had went blank, not actually blank but bluish light was there. Do i have to just press and release the power button or do i have to switch off phone?
One more thing, before i could press power button, my windows again started installing drivers for phone even though all the drivers were previously installed when i scanned the product. Is that normal? That surprised me so i decided to first ask some expert and hence aborted updating process. So my phone is still in version 4.21, working fine.
My request is- can you provide a tutorial stating what needs to be done after that refurbish window till end of upgrading process? I will be more than happy if you can.

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970either take it to a technician and let them do the job or, do it yourself.
the switch needs to be replace or repair(if possible). try also to ask technician if they already ahve parts for that phone. i can replace that for you for a reasonable price if you are within metro manila.
