no.nokias first phones to connect to an computer came out in 1997 or 98 and by this model with bluetooth and even wifi it can surely connect to an pc even today if you dowloand some applications or visit right websites hope this helps.

Well its a very old device so , i think you cannot connect it with mouse or something like computer to use it.
