Pathetic phone the display has a problem from the first day and Nokia Singapore does not even bother to replace my phone .... also starhub singapore does not even help me in getting it replaced... I bough the phone and complained about the phone on the first day ... still they are not even willing to replace it...... inspite fo the fact that the Service center said its a bug and they need to test and find out the resolution.. Now my phone is being used as a testing ground for Nokia phone bugs...

Nobody is perfect, right? This is such a nice device, although, like all the others I've had, and those which will be put on the market in the future,it has some bad stuff to nag about.

                GOOD:
                - weight: only 109g. Nice to carry around.
                - touchscreen: very responsive, although the media key needs a bit more pressure on it to come alive.
                - protective case: very handy and included in package.
                - Symbian OS9.4 v.5: improved and applications are popping.
                - memory card included (Micro SD) 8GB, up to 16GB. Good onboard space.
                - interface: elegant, and theme changeable.
                - WiFi: very responsive.
                - Good lock key solution.
                - Nice security features, and programs available to protect it from theft, or after it has been snatched away!

                BAD:
                - crappy camera: one of the worst in cell phones. Almost never need it, anyway!
                - Micro USB cable: not the standard ones we use for cameras, like in N95. Makes life hard if we don't carry the supplied one around.
                - position of charger connector: at the top and not at the bottom, as in most Nokia phones. Nothing to whine about so much.
                - cheap build if you care much for details.

From 0 to 10 I would give it an 8.7

This phone is quite good. It has some good points and some really bad ones.

                  Good ones are as follows:
                  Excellent for browsing
                  Excellent screen for watching videos
Nice Audio quality and big memory card
Excellent stereo speakers for surround sound.
                  Responsive touch screen
The handwriting recognition is very very accurate
Video recording and playing quality is good.
                  Now the bad points:

Very buggy, more buggier than a bug
                  Cheap stylus
                  Cheap design
Audio sound not loud but ok(compared to Sony Ericsson)
                  Hangs and restarts (sometimes)
Pathetic camera (worse than old Motorla phones).

Also note for the potential buyers :DO NOT BUY USED ONE! EVEr!
Go for the new one as some of the used ones are old ones which have lots of hardware issues.

Some are coming with ear piece defects and some have camera issues. Mine had camera issues (I bought used) and had to take ti back to service center. They replaced the whole device for me.

If you are careful then its an excellent phone, just dont buy it for the camera quality.

                  Hope I helped.

"all units manufactured in February are defect-free. Unfortunately, there is no way to learn about a new phone's production date from its box or manual. However the good news is that given how popular this phone is, it's safe to say that by mid March local retailers won't have any flawed units left in stock."

May be, this will help you. In my opinion, this phone is the best you can get at this price.
