I'm using nokia n73me and I always use cable or bluetooth when connecting to my laptop and I surf the net seamlessly.I've used other nokia nokia phones and I can assure you that Nokia 5800xm won't be different.

Anonymous, 12 Mar 2009Via bluetooth or usb cable?I am using E61 currently and use it as modem via infrared to connect to my laptop. That is the only option available (i think) for E61. Since 5800 does not have infrared, how can we connect our laptops to the net using the 5800 3G connection? Is it possible using its bluetooth or usb?
I am keen to buy 5800 but I need to be certain of this first. Thanks

simeonette, 12 Mar 2009how do we update the firmware ?If there is not yet available update for ur region via pc suite or FOTA you can update via phoenix and change ur product code ,but will void ur warranty I think.

Ben, 12 Mar 2009Zulfikar,how did u update ur 5800 to v20 coz i cant find it... moreOnly in some parts of the US . It will be fixed via firmware update but not yet release I think. Its a best selling cp by nokia why should they pull it off?
