it looks fine to me........the phone is really good touch wood......the looks are awesome.feeels really good in hands.....watching movies is treat..listening to music is good as wel..display is jst too good......tochscreen is responsive...price is affordable.......camera is hmmmmm.......but overall is worth it.go for it.......

is there any way other than nokia softwaRE UPDATE to update nokia 5800 xm phone. i mean through any website or link can we download the updated firmware and update the phone after downloading the update from that link or website?

Guys i think i found i link that has the new firmware V.20.0.012 check this link out... http://www.symbian-guru.com/welcome/2009/02/nokia-5800-firmware-update-v200012-adds-geotagging.html ...There is a link there that sez "available here", it leads straight to the new firmware, but if u check the web page its in Nokia Europe site... so im not sure if its compatible with our phones here.

Simply Restart the phone after adding songs. Do not go to the Songs Library before restarting once you have added new songs. The REFRESH WAIT problem will not bother you then.

when will nokia release the v20 update here in bangladesh?? disapponting attitude from nokia. we bought the phone so eagerly, now none here in bangladesh can get the update... :(

In rihgt side bass & left side shrp mean high fequvancy.In hadphon two peaks has same diffrant in thair coil winding. Its call sterio. I think this is not issue but stireo effect.

for the people who do not play games and write characters. nokia should release capacitive version of N97 with haptikos technology.
resistive: having to push the screen with finger to get a response is not what i want,
capacitive: just touch it with finger, it is made of glass, good built quality, isnt it?

m planin to purchase 1 but i want it for a long tyme i jusdont want to throw it away or get bored after a month ,,
the thing i like most about it is that it like kind of a mini i phone ,,,

still facing same problem.this is only issue i have with nokia 5800.i have hard reset too but problem persist.so lets wait for any music player software,then issue may be resolved.
