By the way, aren't you profiting bit to much comparing iphone-scum with this nokia 5800xm!

I we tryed it for a few days, much better touch feeling than any other (iPhone, Omnia, Prada, Xperia, HTC), but not as good as iPhone 3G in media experience. Symbian works perfectly, knowing thats the first ever touch-symbian ! Great phone for me, verdict 9/10

Hi! My 5800 crashes all the time (I mean power off) . The battery doesn't move in it's place so I think it's a software problem! Can anyone help me to solve this? And sometimes While I'm talking to someone on the phone, I barely hear him/her. PLS! I love this phone and I don't want to stay dissapointed!

The phone crashes a lot of times. Without Reason. I mean it stops. POwer off! I don't know why! From clear sky! for example, when i wanted to take a picture, or when I pulled out the pen.... or just when it's in my pocket! 1. hue of whole screen k... moreTo the one who doesn't know how to snooze this phone, you just have to put your phone face down to snooze it, and when it alarms again turn the phone face down again to snooze again. ;)
It also works when silencing a call from when someones calling.
About your freezing problem, try upgrading your firmware.

i was able to use this phone for 2 days courtesy of my brother and i was really very impressed with it, ui was fast, touch was very sensitive and addictive, feels very solid in the hand, speakers were crisp, loud and clear.
i was currently using n82 and this phone, even if it has less feature than my n82, fascinates me in a different way.
5 touched up Nokia!!

I want to ask you also about the steps to update the SW of my 5800 express music,i am from egypt also and have the same problem of the mobile hanging a lot when i try to play songs from the storage itself,i also wanna ask you about the songs that i transfer from my pc and cannot get it playlisted or seen by the music library,but only can play it from the memory card itself...

Also light fades all the way and i must adjust the ligh sensor each now and then to maintain light...

disadvantages of MY nokia 5800:
1. hue of whole screen keep changing
2. no idea how to stop snoozing the alarm
3. abit slow when seeing pictures
4. sometimes it hangs

hello there,
just purchased this phone recently. Found out that most of the software after downloading and installing, you have to purchased or buy it thru your phone itself. It's not free, as i was expecting. Not even Adobe reader, can not open documents until you have downloaded adobe or Office 6. And if you have to buy this updates, it will be thru your phone, it will ask your bank details etc, which i thought is quite risky especially if you do wireless transactions.
Anyone who knows how to get these applications for free?
