If nokia 5800 really got what it takes to get it into one of the most satisfactory s60 phone, i assuming that this nokia phone is better or almost as great as nokia Nseries out there but 1 thing for sure is that nokia 5800 has a touchscreen feature and longer battery life(+8 hours talktime) while nokia nseries doesn't has any of tis kind. I'll buying tis if tis stuff really support wifi connectivity , Hsdpa, GPS capability ,carl zeis lense. For goodness sake, if i found out such features on tis phone , i'll probably get this into my target sooner or later...

Well i agree here with some folks saying that iPhones. But though u say that it really doesnt suck that bad its a nice a phone has quite features good enough. But like some ppl said it really doesnt give wat you want for example it doesnt support flash java etc, no video. its quite limited

maybe ppl buy for name's/brand's sake to look cool. But its stupid if thats their main reason buying it.
Will buy NK5800 once its launch here in Singapore.

i am from varanasi UP, India. i purchase nokia 5800 on 21-1-09 and next day it was at nokia care with serious problem. Every time when i restart phone it need to change date and time. This phone have also very poor connectivity with computer. PC suit supplied with this is not working because before giving this phone to nokia care I try several time to take phone book backup but not get success. at the time of purchase it notice that fault but dealer told me that this may be off/on by settings but he was wrong. nokia care update software but no change they said that this is manufacturing defect and will be replaced by distributor. But till today i not get my phone back. Nokia distributor at varanasi RK distributor said that it will take more 4-5 days. i think i burn my Rs.19000/- for this poor set and that is no useful to me. if any one have suggestion, how to get it earlier plz tell me . If any one want to see nokia care job sheet of this poor phone, i will mail. My id is Manish_contact@yahoo.com

To all the iphone fans,
This post is on behalf of all the nokia 5800xm lovers;
the reason why the so called iphone lovers are bashing the nokia 5800 is that they are feeling insecure.
I read all the blogs of iphone 3g, there is not a single post from a nokia 5800 user trying to degrade the iphone or even compare the 2 phones;
The reason behind this is quite simple,
the nokia 5800 users are very well contended wid their phones and need not compare it to iphone just to prove u iphone lovers, that 5800 is better than iphone.
Nokia has its own standard, and doesnt and will never copy a phone.
So my dear Iphone lovers, please blog in ur iphoe 3g opinions and stop being insecure about the tons of limitations ur iphone has.
I also read that nokia is a music phone(which is true) and that iphone is an internet phone( how could it be called an internet phone if its damn browser cant support java and flash content).
Nokia 5800 lovers who agree with my post please acknowledge!!!!
Its high time we teach these So- Called Iphone lovers a lesson.!
