it's been 6 days i am using Nokia 5800 Xpress Music (RED).. it fulfills all my needs. touch screen is soft and very responsive, build quality if not great then best.just updated to Firmware v11.0.008,.i suggest ppl who want to buy N82 or N79 u should but 5800,.

Anonymous, 17 Jan 2009i bought it 2 days ago but after 2 hours of watchin movie i... morein the first couple of days if u over use the set then the battery used to become very hot,but after 4_5 days it will be perfect,i use net almost 5hrs a day nothin happens. Just go through the initial charging phase which is charge the set atleast 10hrs first 7 days then the battery will come in full form. I hope ur problem get solved!

Nokia is very good. This is their first attempt at a touchscreen phone aimed squarely at the iphone. The next model will be even better and the flaws will be addressed. My advice to you? Wait for the successor to the 5800, unless you want to be among the guinea pigs to try out this product.

MX, 17 Jan 2009I have done the DVD to MP4 convertion its is fine used SUPE... morethat happened once to me too... dunno why... but youtube's videos load in a very low resolution for some reason (176x144) so obviously they will be blurred on the 640-something res screen. if anyone finds a way to change the res of the videos send me a mail at jayeshrc@gmail.com

i bought it 2 days ago but after 2 hours of watchin movie in mp4 format the handset goest very hot and the screen fades out and restarts... all you have this problem ?

yeah right if you prefer a phone without a wifi and difficult touch interface.The only plus factor for samsung pixon will be its 8mp camera.
Interface of PIXON is very easy with huge fonts, fantastic camera and great looks. And if you don't need Wifi, the best phone at the moment.

I have bought mine from early December 2008 and until now all fine...speaker, earphone, touchscreen, connection (and I believe about connection is more about the service of operator not the phone's problem). More fun I have and I think this is the best music device ever made so far. Camera is fine...and for sure 3 megapixels will be better than 2 megapixels, don't talk bullshit...

Plus it needs new flash player to watch zshare video's and if I try downloading flash player it does not allow me to download it as it says not supported by system. Pls help!

so far the best phone nokia ever made at this price.
its been 15 days n still i cant get enough of it, the best thing tht comes with it the desktop stand and the guitat pick thing.
