but it g... morewell if u said then i have to trust but there is no such set in the whole dubai & sharjah made in finland.anyways if u got it thats great.But as per my and other nokia geek opinion this device is only made under authority on Nokia in china to cut the cost otherwise if you see the material of the phone it doesnt like cheap plastick like 6120c.

Anonymous, 21 Dec 2008now every thing is comming clearer regarding the price of t... moreu wud know the difference between a made in china phone and made in finland phone when you use both the phones, most of the time the menu and everything is different. so thats why people doesnt like to buy made in china nokia phones...but most of the other accessories are made in china and thats cause of cheap labor thats it...

Those whose phone is made in Finland are lucky and those made in china "Beware" lots of problems and defects you will notice in the future, you will see what i am talking about!

what about problems reports guys any one face a serious problem with it cause my phone i facing aproblem using the wifi when trying to connect i got a failed message alot of times

i dont know where s the problem if it is made in china, the china s one is the same of the finlands one , it s made in china under the authority of nokia corporation in finland ( iphone htc i-mate and many others are made in taiwan , i think china is much better than taiwan , tochiba laptops , sony, hp , dell ,acer and many other brands all are made in china ). so buy it without any regret if its made in china , i have it and it s a great phone

Demah, 21 Dec 2008dear friends what is the reason that the price of 5800 is c... morenow every thing is comming clearer regarding the price of the mobile. I was shocked to see the price of this mobile, cheapest i have ever seen when compared to other competitors. Nokia made these phones in china so as to cut the cost of production, thus being able to sell it cheap. I also have a friend who also complained about the crack on top right corner. I would advise all to throughly check the phones before buying them blindly. "China Quality" you will surely find! :(

I got my Nokia 5800 (Mad in China) last week. There is a sensor in the phone to switch off display while calling, if you hold it near your ear. The sensor is tool sensitive that I cannot use my phone outdoor. ie. if I make a call outdoor, the display will go blank. It is due to the day light. There is no problem if I use it in door with lights on. If I hold the phone upside down (outdoor) the display will come back.
Note : Facing the issue only outdoor while making a call.
Any suggestions?????
