5700 Lover, 19 Nov 2008Can anyone tell me 5800 xm has the same Built-in GPS receiv... moreya, there is same GPS funtuanality like N82. No need to worry, have used and check it.

it has built-in GPS.
it may be possible to use without sim card, but it may take long time to start (cold start) since you can't use data cell (A-GPS function).
hey, don't put your referral to bux.to here..
rumors i've heard, that 5800 software is still unstable?

Nokia 5800 will retail in Germany for EUR 299 (incl. VAT) next January.

to all those people waiting for 5800 xpressmusic, this phone will not be as affordable as you think it is. by the time it hits the shelves, its final cost will be around 550 euros, that is 279 (nokia's price) + 100 (comes with music service fee) + 100 to 150 (operator subsidy/retailers' profit/government taxes) + 70 (shipment cost) = 550 euros to say the least.

Ginga, 16 Nov 2008Currently im using N81 GB thn planning to take for Nokia ... morewell the n-series is a pretty big phone to giveup on(that'll take some beating :)). i'm using the n-78 and have no regrets. to answer your question, i'll say go for it. i'll be getting my n-78 outta way for this.

finally nokia got a touchscreen device... well done n it about time too... excellent...
nokia should had done this device 1-2yrs ago. much better than iphone as i see it. i can't wait to buy it and reach asia country in the 1st quarter of 2009!!! but one think is the pricing??? i hope it will not too crazy like iphone pricing.
