i m using this phone from 1 month .. everything is awesome except the sound in loudspeaker.. it really sux... nokia n73's sound is way too better than this.....

dont know how people are still buying this 2 years old bulky phone. the design is too old ...
there are new nokia mobiles of this range are available.... u people should check them out.. they have more lots of features than 5800 and they are solid performer

If you want a task manager, get Handy Taskman. It is great, it shows the RAM, Memory and stuff.

For ram management, i think FE Explorer is good to closed unwanted task so u'll have more free ram. Memory Up Pro also helps to stablise 5800 ram. To understand it Try it for free from GSMArena software. Cheers...

after using 5800 frm last 9month now i purchased n900 but really disappointed with it becoz 5800 music was really awersome :-( n n900 music is good only in earphone on loudspeaker it sux

SPB mobile shell is just eye candy. It makes your phone attractive and to some extent all those shortcuts are somewhat useful. But, performance wise it's not that important. It always consumer ram and it's not really needed. Opening apps is never difficult in symbian. Just eye candy like in other attractive phones. You'll be excited for few days but you'll soon get bored with it.
