hey george im also from south africa. have bn usin 5800 fir 6 months bot it at nokia store. i was usin version 50 and when i checked for updates got version 62 wc im usin nw. its so cool. no need to worry. i think updates depends on countries

hey.. can anyone tel me whether i shud buy tis phone? coz i hav been reading comments stating many dissatisfactions.. seriously shud i get tis or not since i hav been longing for a new phone.. i rili wan to get tis model if possible.. Is tis model considered old since it was out back in 2008? Is tis model stil being produced or obsolete? help me decide.. thx =)

Anonymous, 20 Jun 2010guys help me which phone should i buy 5800 or X6 16 gbYo friend, the x6 might have 16 GB but you can't put memory cards into it!!!
In 5800 you can even put a 32 GB micro SD card and you can keep changing them. Only the camera of x6 is better, music and other things are identical. It's your choice but i say 5800!! : )

kicha, 20 Jun 2010hi friends................. i got this Nokia 5800 Xpres... morefor longer batt duration n batt life too.closed unneeded apps or after using it. avoid swicthing the bluetooth n wifi unless u r using it. in the SETTING.. set display light/bground light to d min. set your network to GSM or UMTS only. avoid the dual mode. if i'm not mistaken the size of your theme also effect the batt too.

i got this Nokia 5800 XpressMusic .... its got to use fast ,, but this Mobil battery backup is too low .... it lasts only for a day !!!!
