over all the phone freezes alot the screen sometimes won't work.

ralph, 08 May 2010hello is there anybody know how to have a simplified chines... morego to settings > phone > language > writing language then choose your preferred writing language. note that not all variants of nokia 5800xm comes with specific / localized language pack. it depends on ur phone's custom firmware version and/or where u purchased ur unit (locally from an authorized distributor or imported, outside ur country)

Anonymous, 09 May 2010Well Vicknesh, i'm from srilanka, your neighbour country :)... moreI updated to version v50 through nokia care center. I am not sure if quick office would be available if u update through nokia care center. But, i think the software update from nokia care center is different from our regular updates through NSU, because nokia care center should be updating the firmware as a whole not in patches resulting the phone look like as it is in the first use with all our old personal information deleted. Also they doing updates with the memory card removed and now phone memory is only showing 23 mb used memory previously it was more than 64 mb before the update. i like its function. but i don't like it design..because too thick..
hence, shold i buy this phone or nokia 5530xm??

when i was downloading content ,the content was automatically comes on download option without any info.like download content yes or no. After download completed it will see completed,but not saved in gallery automatically...pls solve my problem as early as possible anyone
