jitz, 02 Mar 2010Can ny1 help me to choose 1 btween d 2,i m planning btween ... morethe os of corby pro is not as good as 5800.. you should buy a 5800.. only one lag,low light photography is very poor.. otherwise superb phone..

my xm5800 eats battery very much,even just keeping in bet,after a night the battery is zero.i hate it very much.poor nokia on battery hahah.

pls help, after i type *#7370#, its formating, then the dictionary application fail to execute, it said word database missing, any one can help?
i really appreciate it. coz i love this phone so much~

i had already update firmware v40,. yes its already has kinetic scrolling.. but only for contact, photo n menu but unfortunately not work in web pages.. maybe v45 will be fix it out.. just wait but for now im quite happy for v40..

nokia, 02 Mar 2010if u dont want free navigation then definatly sam spacia...... moreInstall sygic maps on your 5800, its free and work with satelite. That what I did and it works perfectly

Fil, 02 Mar 2010Nokia journey from Symbian 40 series to Symbian 60 series v... moreyes, i do agree wif u fil, S60v5 is not as gd as other os, namely apple's os and android. but i tink nokia is leading d way by making maemo its os. i hope to see that in future. the screenshots n all looked gd, jus hope that functions are as gd as the screenshots. other software developers should initiate by making new softwares n thinking outside of the box. that way, it'll be more exciting for s60v5 users to experience the capabilities of tis os.

I bought my unit to a registered nokia shop..after few days of using, camera display failed..after that, i return my unit to the shop for warranty,i've waited 5weeks before I've got the phone..gosh when I got home and use the camera, it's still the same..still camera failed..
it's almost 3mons since i bought this unit..and i didn't enjoyed it much..3mons without even using the unit! what a cellphone!!!at this very moment, i wan't to sue that nokia shop for selling me that kind of phone..is there anyone knows how to sue a nokia shop locally?here in philippines..

Good hardware needs to be complemented with smart software (OS) and vice versa.
Nokia E-series device running on winmo platform or android would be very exciting. Is that possible? Give it a try at least.

Nokia journey from Symbian 40 series to Symbian 60 series version 1,2 & 3 was interesting and fun. But its S60v5 (touch screen) which has failed to take the banton ahead due to boring user interface and stiff competition from other touch phones with different OS. As it is said,"you must not rest on your laureals" holds true in Nokia's case.
Nokia have to really work hard in the touch phone category. S60v5 hasn't enjoyed the same success what earlier versions enjoyed.

Takes really... morei agree wif you. the video quality and the image quality produced durin the day is excellent. but at nite, it is quite poor. sorry to say this. but i tried using it at nite, n it was quite bad. i hope in the next release of nokia (v45 or so) they would include a better software for the camera and hope it includes a divx player.

11 months and counting and still going strong. Takes really great photos and videos, esp. in the day. Video taken at TV high quality, it's the best i've seen so far. Durability, oh yea!!! Trust me, it's value for money
