I'm on an O2 network and have been trying to upgrade to v3 in order to download free Nokia maps. The problem is, it's telling me that there is no upgrade av, when there clearly is! Nokia are not accepting responsibility saying it's a service provider issue....please help

Also, you must have charged for 8hrs continuously before the first time use (soon after buying).[Based all user comments]

I also have this memory problem.. phone memory really gets full fast.. many applications just go to phone memory without asking to go for card memory first.. any solution?

i have a 8.gb memery card in mine and at moment not the card but phone memery is full yet every thing should go to memery card but does not and with memery full if i want to send music to my phone from a nother my phone says not a nuff memery and i dont know ho to change this ??

I purchased this phone around 2 months before. It is a good phone, except for the battery life, that is extremely inconsistent. Sometimes i get upto 2 days with maybe 1-4 calls/day, lasting a maximim of 5 minutes, and 1 hour music play with the headsets. Brightness is at a minumum, wlan/bluetooth are disabled.
However, i have seen the phone giving only 8 hours stand by before turning off/beeping for low batt. This is with the same/even less usage.

This phone is the best you can get in the price range. It has absolutely everything and the latest firmware added new home screen and very nice and smooth kinetic scrolling in the menus. Battery life is great.

Battery last for about 1-2 days with non stop use of gps, wifi and fm radio, and about 3 or more days without these three. Sound is very good. Installed adobe reader and quick office. Practically have everything. One little remark though, processor could a bit faster. But I'm very satisfied. This is definitely best buy phone.
