hi , can anyone help. i have not been able to get my computer to recognise the phone. it says i am in mass storage mode or it says im plugged into an unsafe usb port??!! i have heard its a problem with vista not having the correct drivers for the phone. i have pc site loaded on a crappy little laptop , and it works fine with the phone , but not with my computer..very frustrating.

I got this fone bout 3 months ago and i love it i used 2 have a nokia supernova so this waz a big upgrade. Tha fone waz very easy 2 use and it only took me a couple of hrs 2 figure about all tha basic capabilties. Heres some things i like about 5800xm: it has a digital full keyboard, reg keyboard (and more),very responsive touch screen, if your eligable 4 an upgrade its very cheap, its like tha iphone u can rotate it and change tha screen will change from vertical to horizontal, it has a 3.2mp camera w flash, good battery life, touch screen pen, and outter speakers. Some things i dont like: the screen isnt completly flat (but isnt noticable unless ur looking at a reflection),speakers arent realy loud,and tha camera is fuzzy in dark areas. But all in all i would recomend it 2 any 1.

Hi can someone help me i a bought Nokia 5530 last week and there was some problem (Internet Browser crashed every 5 min)so i got my money because out of stock.
So will get Nokia 5530 again or buy Nokia 5800
Please Help Me to make the right choice

If someone like to have new update, but is not jet available at your location, than you can change the product code to your phone and update it, but be aware any wrong dun this your phone or computer you can blow your phone!
I have dun several times updates like that, i never got problem, and if you do it correctly, you won't have problem.
